How can I check my order status?
You can check order status under your “Account”, which will be updated as soon as payment has been processed and again when your order has been shipped. For further queries, kindly reach out to us hello@tove.sg.
How does preorder works?
To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Manual payments must be received with the order number in order for us to proceed. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will process the item within 3-5 business days. Each pre-order product will take approximately 6-8 weeks, but we will definitely ship it out earlier if we have existing stock from a previous shipment.
Disclaimer: Regrettably, as the item has not yet reached our inventory, we are unable to guarantee the precise shipping date. While each pre-order item comes with an estimated shipping date, please note that unforeseen factors beyond our control may result in changes without prior notice.
How do I know if an item is a preorder?
All pre-order items will be marked "preorder" and will have an estimated shipping date in the description.
What if I want to purchase a preorder item together with items that are in stock?
The entire order will be held until the preorder item has arrived and all the items can be delivered together. If you would like your in-stock purchases to be delivered first, kindly purchase the items separately.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders after payment has been processed. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your preorder, we will reach out to you to settle refunds.
How can I update or cancel my order?

What if an item is displayed out of stock?
Do not fret! Email us at hello@tove.sg with the product name, colour and size preferred and we will double check our inventory of its availability.

How long does delivery takes?
We take 3-5 business days to pack and ship your full order. Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10, and next day delivery is charged at $20. There might be shipping delays due to public holidays or peak period.
Do you take custom order?
Yes, we do custom orders! If you have specific preferences or special requests, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@tove.sg. We're happy to create a personalised experience for you.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges, except for defective products or wrong items sent to you which have not been used or laundered, and with tags still intact. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
Each product undergoes rigorous inspection prior to being dispatched to ensure such occurrences are avoided. In the event that you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at hello@tove.sg within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and include a photograph of the item. The items must not have been used or laundered, and their tags must remain intact.
What are the available payment methods?
You can complete your payment conveniently using a credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or PayNow. If you opt for PayNow, please make the payment to UEN: 202339683D, including your Order ID. Kindly send us a confirmation screenshot via WhatsApp at +65 81252599.
